Dare To Care held its 2nd Annual Celebration of Life Gala to commemorate the lives saved from disease detected at Dare to C.A.R.E. (DTC) events. The night features music and dancing, food and drink and proceeds benefit the DTC Foundation. DTC was pleased to present the distinguished guest speaker, Dr. Ben Carson, Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery, Johns Hopkins Hospital.
